Robert Niehaus

Chairman

Bob is the Chairman of Kester Capital and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Bob has over 25 years of private equity investment experience, having joined Greenhill & Co. in January 2000 to establish Greenhill Capital Partners. Prior to joining Greenhill, Bob spent 17 years at Morgan Stanley & Co., where he was Vice Chairman of the Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund II and III, which had $4 billion in commitments, and Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley’s merchant banking department from 1996 to 1998. Bob is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, from which he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.
