Kester's GXP Engaged acquires SwissPharmAudit

Kester, a leading sector-focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce that GXP Engaged, the leading international firm of GxP auditors, has completed its acquisition of German-headquartered SwissPharmAudit. The acquisition complements GXP Engaged’s already established presence in Western Europe and builds on its acquisition of US-based Polaris Compliance Consultants in April 2024. The group now works with 300 auditors across 65+ countries globally.
