Kester Strengthens Investment Team with Appointment of Jane Gilbert Boot as Partner

Kester has announced the appointment of Jane Gilbert Boot as Partner in its investment team with a focus on life sciences, further deepening the firm's senior investment capability. 

Jane brings over 17 years of private equity experience and a background in medical science to the role. She joins from BGF, following roles at G Square, LDC and Permira. 

The appointment represents a further step in Kester's continued investment in its team and platform, and strengthens the firm's sector specialisation. It follows the close of Kester Capital Fund IV at its £425 million hard cap and the firm's recent investment in Nutritics, a market-leading food data management software platform for the foodservice and hospitality sectors.
